Can't wait going to Canada.

Since I have been admitted by ICM....I can't wait going there.
I want to see snow, I want to eat western food, I want to see and live in western countries style building, I want to involve into western culture.....
But Waiting is cruel,I have to take those fucking exams like UEC and FUCKING IELTS.
Some people say U will not get the sweet before u taste the sour,I know.
My god,why???
Why we have to take EXAM?
